1000 lb. = awarded certificate
1200 lb. = awarded certificate & BRONZE medal
1400 lb. = awarded certificate & SILVER medal
1600 lb. = awarded certificate & GOLD medal

POWERHOUSE WARRIOR CORE LIFT PATCHES

BENCH PRESS = 275+ lb.

DEAD LIFT = 500+ lb.

POWER CLEAN = 225+ lb.

SQUAT = 400+ lb.
