We will develop our players physically in the weight room. The core lifts of the bench, squat, power clean, and dead lift will enable us to compete for a championship yearly. Speed and power development takes place through form running and plyometrics.
We will challenge the athletes to improve their mental toughness by expecting 100% effort and intensity daily.
What we do: team doctor, team dentist, team chiropractor, team motivational specialist, football power lifting coach, BFS strength and speed development program, 1st and 6th Hour Advanced Weights Football Class, and Winter/Spring Morning Agilities.
Advanced Weights Class: 5th or 6th hour (the only hour for us) Do NOT take Personal Weights. Intro to PE must be taken
