What: Press Release for Walled Lake Western Football

The Western football team has won the Fraser Award from the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association. This award is presented to the school in the State of Michigan that has done an �Outstanding Job� of promoting reading in their communities. Meadowbrook Elementary School will receive a $500 book award from the MHSFCA for participating with the Western football program this year.

A Day Of Caring.

2001 Steve Spicer Award winner from the MHSFCA. This award is presented to the school that completes the most community service.

1995 Class AA Academic All State Team champion.  This years team finished 12^th in the state with a 3.758 team average. This year, Ruben Adery, was named to the special mention All State Academic team.
