Speed training occurs Monday, Wednesday & Friday Athletes must attend 90% of work outs
During 2nd Semester athletes need to train 3 additional times per week. 90% or better to be in this club.
Not missing or being late for ANY!! Practice during football season.
Goes to the top strongest player after spring break max work outs.
4 LIFT TOTALS for maximums of bench press, dead lift, squat & power clean.
Right to purchase & wear qualification T shirt
Train in weight room 4 of 5 days per week for 5 of 6 weeks during Summer.
