Coach Michniacki is entering his tenth season of coaching at Western and has been a member of the Warriors football family for since 1997. A 2001 graduate of Walled Lake Western, Nick was a member of the 1999 State Championship team. Coach "Michin" has been the program Specialist Coach working with the kickers, punters, and holders since 2001. Also in that time he was an assistant coach with the JV team and became JV Defensive Coordinator in 2004. In 2005 he moved up to the Varsity level and has worked with the defensive backs and linebackers. Assisting Coach Uyttendaele this season, Coach Michniacki will be working with the Varsity Special Teams.

Nick currently works for EA Graphics selling custom team apparel and promotional products. In 2002 he worked in the Arena Football League for the Detroit Fury. Nick also coached baseball at WLW for three seasons at the JV level (2002-2004).
