It is time to get the yearly banner started (& filled up this year!!)

You can view previous years banners displayed in the auxiliary gym @ the school. There is a limited quantity of 72 footballs available on the main banner

Additional side banners will be made if necessary.

Price is the same as it has been for the last 7 years .... $20 per football

NEW NCAA D1 ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS BEGINNING WITH THE CLASS OF 2015.

The most critical rule change requires every student athlete to earn 10 “core credits” in the first 6 semesters (end of junior year). The NCAA is naming these core credits “locked credits.” Retaking and improving the grade of a “locked credit” will not be allowed in the students’ senior year. This information needs to get to the present 9th graders and their parents if it hasn’t to this date.

Also remember, D2 qualification will move from 14 core classes to 16 beginning with the Class of 2013 (present juniors).

April is here - As a reminder the members of Walled Lake Western Football (Organization number 90840) will need to re-enroll to continue earning in the Kroger Community Rewards Program. All participants must sign up

for the program in order to earn funds for your group during 2012-2013.

Even if members who signed up for Kroger Community Rewards in February or March of this year (which will earn funds as part of the 05/2011 to 05/2012 program) You must re-enroll after April 1ST 2012 ( NO SOONER) to continue earning rewards during the coming year, 05/2012 to 05/2013.

It’s easy for Walled Lake Western Football supporters to enroll or re-enroll in Kroger Community Rewards. They can visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com, click on “Michigan” and click on “Enroll” to register for the first time and “Re-enroll” to re-register. All participants must have a valid online account at Kroger.com and must sign up online to participate. Organization members can no longer scan their group’s barcode at the registers or service desk
