Monday and Thursday - Legs and Back (Squat and Dead Lift in class)
Tuesday and Friday - Chest and Shoulders (Bench and Power Clean in class)
Wednesday and Saturday - Arms (Speed training in class)
All players will be tested in the weight room and speed this week, Monday thru Friday. If you are not in 5th or 6th hour weights, see you after school.
